Telehealth FAQs

Is telehealth as effective as in-person care?

For most dermatologic concerns, yes. Our secure HD platform and physician-led approach allow accurate diagnosis and treatment from home. If an in-person exam or procedure would be better, we'll guide you.

What technology do I need for my appointment?

Any smartphone or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet will work. There's no software to download — just click the secure link we send before your visit.

How do prescriptions work after a virtual visit?

If medication is part of your treatment plan, it will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy the same day. Refills and follow-ups can be managed virtually as well.

Do you accept insurance for telehealth visits?

We accept many major insurance plans for virtual visits. Copays or coinsurance may apply based on your plan. If you're paying out of pocket, self-pay options are also available.
